Share your order ID, reason for return, and clear photos/videos of the product (if applicable).
Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the item from your address within 2–4 business days.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging before handing it to the pickup agent.
Once we receive the product at our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check.
If approved, a refund or replacement (as per your request) will be processed within 5–10 business days.
If the returned item fails inspection (used, damaged, missing parts, etc.), the return may be rejected and the item sent back to you.
If the return is due to our fault (damaged, defective, or wrong product), Maa Mart will bear the shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., changed mind, wrong size), return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, wallet, etc.).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made through bank transfer or store credit.
If replacement is requested and available, it will be shipped once the return is approved.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 working days after product verification.

You can request a return or refund in the following cases:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or Maa Mart wallet credit.
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
If a replacement is available, Maa Mart will dispatch it once the returned product is received and verified.
If the same product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

We partner with trusted national courier companies such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, and others to ensure secure and timely deliveries.
Maa Mart reserves the right to select courier partners based on serviceability and order type.
Once dispatched, you can track your order through the “Track Order” section on our website or via the courier’s official tracking page.
Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.
Please ensure your address, contact number, and pin code are entered correctly at checkout.
Maa Mart is not responsible for delivery failures or delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If the courier is unable to deliver your package, they will make 2–3 delivery attempts before returning it to us.
Re-delivery may incur additional charges.
Once delivered, you will receive a confirmation SMS or email.
If you receive a damaged package, please do not accept the delivery or take photos and contact our support team immediately within 24 hours of receipt.
Currently, Maa Mart ships only within India.
International delivery will be introduced in future updates.
We strive to meet all delivery timelines, but external factors (weather, strikes, transportation issues, etc.) may cause delays.
In such cases, Maa Mart will not be held liable but will assist in resolving the issue through our logistics partners.

At Maa Mart, we strive to ensure that all orders reach our customers in perfect condition. Proper packaging is a critical step in minimizing damage, leakage, or returns. This guidelines document describes best practices that all packing staff, vendors, and partners should follow when preparing consignments for shipment.
Expected outcomes:

Consistent packaging quality
Efficient handling and logistics process
These guidelines apply to all items sold via Maa Mart and are mandatory for:
In-house packing teams
External packers or 3PL partners
Vendors who pack items for us
The guidelines cover box selection, cushioning, sealing, labeling, and special handling instructions.
Before packing, assess:
Dimensions & shape
Weight
Fragility / sensitivity (electronic, glass, ceramic, etc.)
Physical state (liquid, powder, solid)
Value / cost — items above a certain value may require tamper-evident packaging
Based on these, choose a packaging strategy (rigid box, flexible mailer, etc.)
Use corrugated cardboard boxes. For light, non-fragile items (< 2 kg), 3-ply corrugated is acceptable.
For heavier or fragile items, use 5-ply corrugated or stronger.
Use tamper-evident boxes for high value goods (above a predetermined threshold).
Boxes should be sturdy, without tears, dents or crushing.
Choose boxes that closely approximate the product dimensions (with allowance for cushioning), to reduce empty space.
Flexible items (apparel, soft goods) may be packed in polybags / LDPE bags prior to boxing.
Use 60–80 micron (or as per regional standard) material for polybags.
For high value soft goods, use tamper-evident polybags.
Inspect bags for tears or defects before packing.
Use bubble wrap, foam sheets, air cushions, shredded paper, corrugated inserts, etc.
The goal is to prevent relative motion of the item within the box.
For delicate items, wrap in multiple layers of protection.
Fill all voids to avoid shifting during transit.
Liquids / Bottles: Seal caps, use shrink film, place in leak-proof pouches.
Fragile / Glassware: Wrap in bubble wrap / foam, use double boxing if needed.
Perishables / Temperature sensitive items: Use insulated liners, gel packs, or cold chain packaging.
Electronics: Use anti-static wrapping, padding, corner protectors.
Use high quality BOPP tape or pressure sensitive tape.
For lightweight items, a single seam tape is acceptable.
For heavy, fragile, or liquid items, use H-taping (along center seam and both edges).
Make sure the tape overlaps seams and is firmly adhered.
Labels should be placed on a flat, seam-free surface.
Avoid placing labels across box edges or seams (as it may damage barcode).
